Account opening, job applications, registrations, and document submissions often still depend on printed forms, wet signatures, and back-and-forth email.

PrivyForm was designed to bring those steps into one web flow: collect the information, review the document, and sign securely with PrivyID as the trust layer.

Admins needed to create projects, configure forms, publish links, and track status. Participants needed a straightforward route from receiving a link to reviewing and signing.

The experience had to feel dependable enough for business use, while remaining light and easy to complete from start to finish.

I worked with the PM and engineers to define the MVP, map the key journeys, and design both sides of the product. Admins could set up and manage forms; participants could log in, verify, fill in details, review, consent, and sign.

The UI prioritised clear hierarchy and the right trust signals at the right moments, so the signing process felt straightforward rather than intimidating.

PrivyForm replaced a fragmented manual process with a more structured online flow for collecting information and completing approvals without printing or scanning documents.

The MVP also created a practical base for later work, including participant whitelists, richer field settings, notifications, and more complex roles.
